Itinerary

Day

Day 1

Nairobi – Masai Mara Collected at 7:30am from the airport or your Nairobi hotel, we cross the Maasai plains with a scenic stop at the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Afternoon game drive on arrival, then dinner and overnight at camp.
Day

Day 2

Masai Mara A full day in the reserve — rolling grassland, flat-topped acacia and the great herds. Picnic lunch at the Mara River among hippo and crocodile, and big cats hunting through the afternoon. Return to camp at 6pm.
Day

Day 3

Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru An optional dawn balloon flight of roughly 70 minutes over the plains, landing to a champagne breakfast cooked where you touch down. Afternoon game drive and a cultural visit to a Maasai village.
Day

Day 4

Nakuru – Nairobi Early morning game drive, breakfast at the lodge, then the return to Nairobi for your hotel or airport drop-off.
